The provider and contracting party is the operator of this website as stated in the imprint.

These terms apply to the use of kryptico.com, account registration/login, and the Kryptico tool (trading signals), including the paid monthly Pro subscription.

Pro subscriptions are currently offered exclusively to consumers subscribing as private customers whose residence and usual abode are in Germany or another EU member state within the EU VAT territory. Nationality is irrelevant. Excluded territories include Heligoland, Büsingen, Åland, Mount Athos, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, the Italian waters of Lake Lugano, French overseas territories, the Dutch Caribbean territories, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and areas of Cyprus where EU law is suspended. Relevant exclusions for the selected country are shown before payment.

You must state your actual country of residence at checkout and confirm private use and your residence details. If these details change during your subscription, please notify support@kryptico.com before the next renewal so that we can clarify how to proceed. The website can also be visited from other countries.

• Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• Use is for your own purposes only. Sharing/selling access, scraping, or bypassing protections is prohibited.
• In case of violations, we may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law.

Kryptico provides a web interface to display trading signals and related information. Execution is manual; there is no direct exchange connection (no auto-trading).

Paid plans are purchased via checkout. The contract is concluded once checkout is completed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Payment providers: Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed by the respective provider. Kryptico does not store full card/bank details.

• Pro is a monthly automatically renewing subscription. The final price displayed on the pricing page and at checkout includes the stated VAT.
• A valid discount code applies once to the first subscription month per customer account. Subsequent months use the regular monthly price. There are no annual or quarterly plans.
• You can cancel at any time for the end of your paid billing period using “Cancel subscription”. Regular monthly renewal charges then stop. Paid access remains available until the period ends. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

We strive for high availability. Short outages (maintenance, hosting issues, updates) cannot be entirely excluded.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

For simple negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential obligations and is limited to foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded where permitted.

In particular, we assume no liability for trading decisions, profits/losses, or availability/errors of external exchanges/platforms.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where permissible.
