1. Provider

The provider and contracting party is the operator of this website as stated in the imprint.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of kryptico.com, account registration/login, and the Kryptico tool (trading signals), including paid plans (Basic/Pro) and the free demo version.

3. No financial advice / Risk notice

Kryptico does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All content, signals and analytics are for informational purposes only.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and may result in total loss. You are responsible for your decisions. No guarantees of profit or outcomes.

4. Registration, account and use

  • Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
  • Use is for your own purposes only. Sharing/selling access, scraping, or bypassing protections is prohibited.
  • In case of violations, we may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law.

5. Service description (plans)

Kryptico provides a web interface to display trading signals and related information. Execution is manual; there is no direct exchange connection (no auto-trading).

Available features depend on your chosen plan. Details are shown in the pricing overview. View pricing.

Current plans:

  • Demo (free): Access to the interface, but demo signals only.
  • Basic (paid): Use with High-Risk signals (and the corresponding features).
  • Pro (paid): Full access to all features and all signal types.

6. Contract & payment (Stripe/PayPal)

Paid plans are purchased via checkout. The contract is concluded once checkout is completed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Payment providers: Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed by the respective provider. Kryptico does not store full card/bank details.

7. Term, renewals, repurchase

  • Basic and Pro are valid for 30 days from successful payment unless stated otherwise.
  • If you buy a new plan before your current plan ends (e.g., an upgrade), there is no prorating/credit for remaining time. The full price of the newly chosen plan applies.
  • Renewals are done by purchasing again; start/end are based on the booking/billing.

8. Availability, maintenance

We strive for high availability. Short outages (maintenance, hosting issues, updates) cannot be entirely excluded.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.

For simple negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential obligations and is limited to foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded where permitted.

In particular, we assume no liability for trading decisions, profits/losses, or availability/errors of external exchanges/platforms.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where permissible.
